Successful entrepreneurs tend to have certain qualities and beliefs that allow them to do things that most people either give up on quickly or do not even seriously conceive of since their self-image and fear is so unbelievably strong. Fear is a natural part of life but it unfortunately spills over into parts of our lives where it would better left behind forever. Most of us live lives ruled by fear. By this I do not mean we are all walking around pathologically and irrationally afraid of our own shadows. The fear I speak of can be much more subtle and many do not notice how strongly it rules their lives. It is the biggest factor for people remaining in lives and jobs that make them deeply unhappy.

Fear takes several forms. There is the fear of failure. There is the fear of poverty. There is fear of criticism. Many people are very unhappy in their personal and professional lives. Many are very unhappy with their jobs and I would go as far as to say that many loathe them. I do not know how many people I have heard comment that they wish they could work for themselves.Logically, this would lead one to believe that these people would do something about their situation.
